Service

Ancre provides a street address at suite 402, reception, scanning, forwarding and retention of mail and parcels according to the chosen plan, plus access to offices and the conference room on reservation. Ancre guides the update of your address with the Registraire des entreprises but files nothing on your behalf.

Eligibility and verification

Every box requires identity verification of the holder and, for a company, proof of its existence. We refuse illegal activities, parcels belonging to undeclared third parties and dangerous goods. We may suspend an account on reasonable doubt.

Price, billing, cancellation

Prices in Canadian dollars, taxes extra. Each plan is covered by a 12-month service agreement, generated automatically at activation and accepted online, payable monthly or annually through Stripe. 30-day guarantee: full refund if you end the agreement within the first 30 days, provided no proof of address has been used. After the initial term, the agreement continues month to month, cancellable online with 30 days' notice. Plan overages and shipments are billed à la carte according to the schedule attached to the agreement.

Mail and parcels

We open an item only at your request or under your automation rules. Carrier transit times are indicative. Destination duties and taxes are your responsibility. Items unclaimed beyond the plan's retention plus 30 days may be destroyed after notice.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid over the last three months. We are not liable for third-party delays, carrier losses beyond their insurance, or the consequences of an address not updated with an organization.
