Can I use a domiciliation address for my Desjardins account?

Yes, Desjardins and other financial institutions accept an Ancre address as a correspondence address and as a business address. The caisse will usually ask for proof of address, and the attestation PDF generated in your dashboard meets that requirement. For a personal account, the institution may also record your residential address if you already have one, without that preventing you from using Ancre for mail. Statements, cards, and cheques sent by post then arrive at suite 402 and are notified the same day.
