How does artificial intelligence read my mail?

An AI model analyzes every scanned envelope to identify the sender, the type of document, and its level of urgency, for example a notice from the Quebec registry or Revenu Québec. That automatic reading is then validated by a team member before it reaches you, to avoid miscategorization.
